Booster shots are filled with liquid vitamins and minerals and are a faster, more effective way for our bodies to absorb the nutrients we need. Although they may seem intimidating at first glance, they are quick, easy and pain free (no more than a light sting!)

Each syringe is prelled with the correct injectable amount. There should be no liquid left inside your syringes after use.

Step 1: Prepare the injection site

Prepare the injection site by pinching a small part of your abdomen on the lower left or right side of your belly button. Swab the area with one of the alcohol swabs provided.

Step 2: Administer the injection

Inject by inserting the needle fully into the pinched fat at a 90 degree angle. Slowly push on the plunger with your thumb for 10 to 30 seconds until you reach the bottom of the syringe. Use a piece of gauze to apply light pressure to the injection site to help stop any light bleeding.
